* we don't suggest cooking in the kitchen because the apartment is surrounded with many fast food chains, karenderias, and besides, E-mall, Gaisano Metro, Taboan, Carbon etc. are just a stone's throw away from it. But there is a table as well as chairs in the house that you can use to eat the food you bought outside
* your safety, security and privacy are highly guaranteed. You got a friendly neighborhood and you can make the most of the Sinulog celebration here considering that your place is just a walking distance to where the action is during the festival
* drinking water is not a problem because there are Automatic Tubig Machines (ATM) provided outside the apartment, there is also a drinking water shop in front of it, they can deliver gallons of water in our area from early morning to late afternoon
* the cost of living here is very cheap, loading outlets, bakeries and internet cafes are in close proximity to our place
* you can wash your laundry outside the apartment and use the extra faucet
* the location is very accessible to all modes of transportation, only one ride to major areas of Cebu, it is very near to schools like UC, USC, USJR and even hospitals like CCMC, etc.
