InternetEngineering.com LLC will be an internet engineering consulting and development company. It will offer server and application installations and management, networks, monitoring, security and related disciplines.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a US-based President who will help build the company from the ground up by using the best practices found in Mike Mann?s book www.MakeMillions.com, www.BestPracticesGuide.com and by keeping in mind the 2013 Business Model for all the companies under Mike Mann, which includes InternetEngineering.com LLC. The President role is diverse and is built towards reaching the overall goals of the company. The roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

Operations / Project Management
Ensure that projects run smoothly and according to the company?s policies.
Make sure that the needs of internal and external clients are met.
Document best practices in all aspects of the business.
Reports directly to the CEO, Mike Mann
Human Resources
If needed, train/mentor employees.
Let go of people with due process and in accordance to the company?s policies and procedures.
Provide discipline, evaluations, and feedback.
Administrative
Ensure that services are completed and addressed in a timely manner.
This includes reports, payroll, and etc.
Check for accuracy on the different services.
Policies and Procedures
Implement and follow through on the company?s policies and procedures.
Create policies and procedures that are not yet available.
Ensure that the policies and procedures evolve together with the company, updating it when needed.
Interpret the policies and procedures to cover any gray area or unclear areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years management experience
Extensive experience in internet marketing, social media marketing, SEO, PPC
Experience with development, design, and implementation of social media campaigns
Experience with reporting tools for all media and campaigns.
Proficient at editing HTML, PHP, Java-script & CSS to make website updates
Strong analytical background with web analytics and the ability to identify trends and interpret data using such tools as Google Analytics, Google Optimizer, etc.
A business management or marketing degree is a plus
Must be located in the Philippines and can work from home
Must have superior PSDM (problem solving and decision making) skills and conflict management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and vernacular).
